Age & Safety Policy

1. 21+ access gate

DogDart is an adult Service. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account, purchase credits, or generate content. By using DogDart you affirm this age representation. Guardians must not provide access to minors.

We may implement stronger age assurance (government ID, face age estimation, or third-party age checks) and may block regions where we cannot operate compliantly.

2. Subjects in content must be adults

Every person depicted—whether photographed, illustrated, or AI-generated—must be an adult 18 years or older. Sexual content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor, is banned under the Acceptable Use Policy and may be reported to authorities.

2.1 Appearance and intent

“Looks young,” “teen,” child-coded aesthetics in sexual contexts, and similar attempts to skirt the rule are prohibited. When uncertain, do not generate.

3. Consent standard

• Only use reference images of adults who consented to AI adult use.
• No non-consensual intimate imagery or unauthorized sexual deepfakes of real people.
• If consent is withdrawn and we can locate the material, we will remove accessible copies where feasible.

4. User safety expectations

Do not share outputs with minors. Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, extort, or coerce. Protect your account credentials. Be mindful that AI outputs can be misused; you are responsible for how you distribute them.

5. Reporting safety issues

Report suspected underage use, CSAM attempts, or non-consensual intimate imagery to [email protected]. Include account/job identifiers when possible. For emergencies involving immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

6. Cooperation with investigations

We may preserve and disclose account, payment, and generation records in response to valid legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm or report child sexual exploitation material.
