Coins & Refunds Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These documents are operational terms for using DogDart at dogdart.com. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Nature of credits
DogDart credits are a prepaid license metric used to meter generation and related features. Credits are not a bank deposit, e-money, security, or stored-value instrument unless mandatory law characterizes them otherwise. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable between users, and cannot be exchanged for fiat except where this Policy or law requires a remedy.
2. Purchasing credits
Credits may be purchased in packages priced in USD (or displayed USD-equivalent) and paid by sending supported cryptocurrency to our published wallet. After we confirm the transfer, we credit your account balance.
- Pending/paying invoices do not add credits until confirmed.
- Expired invoices must be recreated.
- Network fees are your responsibility.
- Underpayments may fail; overpayments may not increase credits automatically.
3. Quotes and debits
On-screen cost quotes are estimates. Final debit depends on model, type (image/video/edit), duration, resolution, and provider billing. Failed jobs may be refunded in credits at our discretion when failure is caused by Service/provider error and not by forbidden prompts, invalid uploads, or user cancellation after work began.
4. Refunds (default: no fiat refunds)
4.1 Crypto purchases
Because crypto payments are typically irreversible once confirmed on-chain, purchases are final. We generally do not refund fiat or crypto for change-of-mind, unused balances, dissatisfaction with subjective output quality, or account termination for AUP violations.
4.2 Limited exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion or where required by law, provide:
- credit re-delivery if a confirmed payment failed to post due to our error;
- credit restoration for verified double-charges caused by our systems;
- partial credit adjustments for confirmed Service outages that consumed credits without delivering a job result.
4.3 Abuse
Credits obtained or used through fraud, webhook forgery, exploits, or AUP violations may be voided without compensation.
5. Expiry and inactivity
Unless required otherwise by law, unused credits do not expire solely due to time. We may close abandoned accounts after prolonged inactivity and delete associated library data; unused credits on closed abusive accounts are forfeited.
6. Disputes with processors
Payment disputes must first be raised with us at [email protected] including invoice/track IDs. False disputes or payment fraud may lead to bans and evidence retention.
7. Taxes
Displayed prices may exclude taxes. You are responsible for any tax obligations related to your purchases and jurisdiction.
