Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These documents are operational terms for using DogDart at dogdart.com. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets hard rules for using DogDart. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, account termination, and referral to law enforcement.
2. Zero-tolerance: minors and CSAM
Any sexual content involving minors is strictly forbidden. This is non-negotiable.
- No prompts, uploads, models, or outputs that depict anyone 17 or under, or who appears under 18, in a sexual context.
- No “aging up,” “teen,” “schoolgirl/boy” sexualization, loli/shota, or other coded attempts to create child sexual content.
- No CSAM, grooming material, or links to such material.
- We may scan, block, report, and preserve evidence as required by law.
3. Consent and real people
- Only depict adults who consented to being used in sexual/AI imagery.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, “deepfake porn” of real people without authorization, revenge porn, or extortion material.
- No uploading IDs, nudes, or private photos of others without clear adult consent and lawful basis.
- Celebrity/public-figure sexual deepfakes may be restricted or banned under this AUP even where local law is ambiguous.
4. Other illegal or harmful content
You may not create, upload, host, or distribute content that:
- facilitates trafficking, sexual exploitation, or illegal prostitution advertising;
- promotes extreme violence, terrorism, or credible threats;
- contains malware, phishing, or instructions primarily for committing crimes;
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other IP (see Content & IP Policy);
- violates privacy, publicity, or data-protection rights;
- is otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction or in jurisdictions where we operate infrastructure.
5. Platform abuse
5.1 Security
- No probing, scanning, or exploiting the Service, APIs, or other users.
- No credential stuffing, account takeover, or bypassing rate limits/paywalls.
- No scraping at scale without written permission.
5.2 Fraud and payments
- No chargeback fraud, invoice manipulation, stolen crypto, or fake payment callbacks.
- No attempts to double-credit, race webhook handlers, or exploit quoting/debit logic.
5.3 Spam and misuse
- No automated bulk generation intended to degrade service quality for others.
- No reselling access in ways that evade age gates or these Policies.
6. Allowed adult content (boundaries)
Fictional adult sexual content involving consenting adults may be permitted, including many erotic, fetish, and anime-style adult themes that do not violate Sections 2–5. We may still restrict categories that create elevated legal or safety risk (for example, extreme illegal real-world harm depictions, or content that blurs age).
Template catalogs and filters are convenience tools, not permission to violate this AUP.
7. Enforcement
We may use automated filters, human review, user reports, and payment/risk signals. Actions include warning, job cancellation, content deletion, credit seizure for abuse, suspension, ban, and reports to authorities/processors. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may act on any material we become aware of.
8. Reporting
Report violations (especially CSAM or non-consensual imagery) to [email protected] with job IDs, URLs, and timestamps. Do not attach CSAM to email; provide pointers we can use to locate material in our systems.
